How the Collection Tracker Works

This Grow a Garden collection tracker lets you keep a running list of every pet you own. Just tap any pet to mark it as collected — your progress saves automatically to your browser, so you can close the tab and come back later without losing anything. No account needed, no emails, no sign-up.

The tracker shows your total collection value based on each pet's base value. Keep in mind this is the raw value — a pet with Godly weight or mutations could be worth way more in an actual trade. Use the pet value calculator to get exact figures for your specific pets.

Tips for Completing Your Collection

  • Start with Common and Uncommon pets — They're cheap to trade for and easy to hatch. You can fill out the bottom of your collection list fast, which is a nice confidence boost.
  • Work your way up by rarity — Once you've got all the Common and Uncommon pets checked off, move to Rare, Epic, and so on. Use the pet comparison tool to figure out which ones are worth targeting next.
  • Don't overpay for Prismatics — The top-tier pets like Fairy and Cosmos Dragon are insanely expensive. If you're on a budget, leave those for last. Use the WFL checker on every offer for these so you don't get rinsed.
  • Watch for event pets — Some pets are only available during limited events and become unobtainable afterwards. If you see one in a trade and the price is right, grab it — the supply only shrinks over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this save my progress?

Yes — your collection is saved in your browser's local storage. As long as you use the same browser and don't clear your site data, your progress will be there when you come back. Clearing cookies or using private/incognito mode will reset it.

Is the collection value based on base value or trade value?

It's based on each pet's base value (no weight class or mutation multipliers). For a more accurate trade value, check each pet on its individual pet page or use the pet value calculator with the actual weight.

How many pets are in the game?

There are currently 158 unique pets in Grow a Garden across 8 rarity tiers. You can browse all of them on the pets database page.
