How Eggs Work in Grow a Garden
Eggs are the main way to get pets in Grow a Garden. Each egg has a set pool of pets with different probabilities. Higher-tier eggs cost more but give you a shot at rarer pets. There are currently 14 different eggs in the game, each with unique pet pools and hatch times.
Egg Types Overview
- Currency Eggs — Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary Eggs (bought with sheckles). Best value for mid-game players grinding coins. Prices range from 50,000 to 5 million sheckles.
- Robux Eggs — Mythical, Primal, Paradise, Night, Bug, Bee Eggs (bought with Robux). Higher cost but access to exclusive high-tier pets like Prismatic and Divine rarities.
- Special Eggs — Event eggs like the Golden or Paradise Egg that appear during limited-time events with unique pet pools you cannot get anywhere else.
Which Egg Should You Buy?
If you're starting out, Common Eggs (50,000 sheckles or 19 Robux) are cheap and fast to hatch. Once you've built up some savings, move to Rare or Epic Eggs for better pets. Endgame players go for Mythical, Primal, or Paradise Eggs — but they cost millions. Use the pet probability tables above to calculate your odds before buying.
Special eggs like the Night Egg (199 Robux) hatch in just 30 seconds and can give you a Divine Venom Moth. The Bug Egg and Bee Egg are robux-only but have unique pet pools that make them worthwhile for collectors.
